It's been very easy for me to slip into the comfort of very little service out here in Utah. To scroll Twitter for the briefest second to take in tiny bits of what is going on in the world, only to run out of service a moment later. I feel overwhelmed, confused, and small about the world right now. I want to help. I want to do something, anything. But I need to do a better job of it, that's for sure. We may be small specks of dust in the universe, but we can work to affect the world around us for the better. . I wish I had some magical solution or some great big action steps for people to take to wrap up this post. But for now my call out to the universe is that I'm ready to act. I'm ready to work in whatever scale I can. And I know that's not enough, but it's a step I need to take and I'm taking it. If anybody is up for guiding my next step - let's get to chatting!

If you've been watching my Instagram stories, you'll know I hiked Angel's Landing in Zion National Park yesterday! 🙊 . My friends who have hiked it said I'd be "fine." Fine = I was scared out of my MIND the whole way up. Shaking like a leaf. Ready to puke off the 1000 foot drops (conveniently located on both sides of me 🙃). But I made it and it really was spectacular!! . So, friends, it all ended up fine. 😉

Waiting on iTunes to accept my podcast like...🙈🙊 The relaunch of my site is THIS WEEK (as long as iTunes doesn't hold me back!!) so keep your eyes peeled for that, my friends. I've got a ton of good stuff coming your way and I especially can't wait for you all to hear the podcasts with @outdoorbeginner and @katie.wanders coming this week! AND another exciting thing? I don't have very much profound to say on this FRIDAY!! 💃 My brain has been feeling a little bit (a lotta but...) tumultuous lately, so trying to keep this shot from Maine fully implanted in my head today. I feel like I'm on the verge of something cracking wide open and exploding in a big, exciting way. 💥Do you ever feel like that?

Dreaming about stormy evenings on the Delaware beaches instead of just rainy days driving to work. ☔️ . Once these clouds moved through, it honestly felt 15 degrees warmer. ☀️ If you took three steps in one direction it was cold, three steps in the other you were sweating immediately. 💦 Weather is cool, you guys!! 🤓
